DSASA

A unique geometric design which resurfaces over and over again like mini Rothkos . Each DSASA is different . Some DSASA's are perfect and many others are not, but the are all colorful and REFLECT each artists uniquely personal perspective . Families, Elderly, Youth and Disabled ALL painted together, side by side, talking and sharing for long periods of time . It was a JOY to participate in this awesome event again and this painting is ALIVE !  It let so many escape into a colorful world and made so many people relaxed and happy . It will never die .

Computes the fractional interface delta_sasa for a ligand on a  ligand-protein interface and checks to see if it is *between* the lower  and upper threshold. A DSasa of 1 means ligand is totally buried (loses  all it's accessible surface area), 0 means totally accessible (loses  none upon interface formation).

Rosetta is a very large software suite for macromolecular modeling. By software suite, we mean that it is a large collection of computer  code (mostly in C++, some in Python, a little in other languages), but  it is not a single monolithic program. By macromolecular modeling,  we mean the process of evaluating and ranking the physical plausibility  of different structures of biological macromolecules (usually protein,  but nucleic acids and ligands are significantly supported and support  for implicit lipid membranes is growing). Generally, a user will choose some specific protocol with Rosetta and provide that protocol with inputs for A) what structure to work on,  and B) what options within the protocol are appropriate for the user's  needs.
